It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a suitable level foundation, free of debris for your spa. The best foundation is a concrete pad or a reinforced wood deck. We do not provide groundwork preparation. The buyer is responsible for damage to lawns, shrubs, and other elements of landscaping. The buyer is responsible for water drainage away from the spa. Water damage to floors, carpets, etc. during delivery, filling, or service is not covered by the warranty.

Combined Pool and Spa does not employ any licensed electricians and, therefore, cannot perform any electrical wiring. We recommend that a licensed electrician be used for all electrical configurations and hook-ups. Most electricians prefer to have the hot tub on-site before doing any wiring. We highly recommend scheduling the electrician at least one day after the spa delivery date. Combined Pool and Spa will not be responsible for any extra time. Electricians may have to wait for a delivery crew to arrive and finish delivery.

– A 20-amp dedicated circuit is required on all 115V models. Using an extension cord will void the warranty.
– A 20-amp receptacle and weatherproof cover are provided with the spa, with a minimum distance of 5 feet from the electrical outlet to the spa.
– The spa owner is responsible for complying with local electrical codes and permits.
– 230V spas require either a five or six-wire service, depending on the spa model. Refer to your installation manual for exact specifications.
– Use only the wiring diagram found inside the spa to wire 230V models. A 50-amp service is required for 230V models.
– A sub-panel (manufactured by Watkins Manufacturing) with a GFCI breaker is provided (conduit not included) and should be hardwired between the main panel and the spa. Improper installation will void the warranty.
– We encourage you to read your owner’s manual for basic troubleshooting and techniques.

We require someone to be home at the time of delivery. A delivery date and approximate time will be scheduled when you are ready to take delivery. All times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. Typically, a window of 2 to 3 hours for arrival will be scheduled. All balances must be paid in full before delivery, and payment can be made by check, cash, cashier’s check, or credit card through the store or our accounting department. If you have chosen to finance your spa, all paperwork must be signed before delivery, and the deposit must be made. Our delivery crew is responsible for delivering hot tubs and setting up accessories but cannot answer electrical, service, or chemical questions.

– Standard delivery includes our standard Sioux Falls delivery within a 30-mile radius and includes two-man delivery for all spas.
– Additional labor for larger spas or more difficult deliveries can be provided for a charge of $60 per hour per man, including travel time.
– Standard delivery includes unloading, rolling the spa into the prepared site, setting up, and unpacking the spa.
– All gates must have at least a 36-inch wide clearance for smaller spas and a 42-inch wide clearance for larger spas. A vertical clearance of at least 9 feet is also required.
– If special equipment, such as a crane, is needed for delivery, the buyer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost.
– An initial two-hour allotment is included in the standard delivery. Additional time will be charged at $60 per hour in 15-minute increments.
– Standard delivery does not include lifting the spa over fences, guardrails, or onto elevated decks.
– The buyer is responsible for clearing debris and ensuring adequate delivery access.
– Once the spa is on-site, the delivery crew will unpack it and cover it. Please be advised that spa shifting may occur when filled.
– Shimming is not included.

If there is any damage to the spa, cover, or accessories, it must be noted on the delivery ticket and signed by both the buyer and the CPS employee. The company may not honor any damage claims made after the delivery time.

We require someone to be home at the time of delivery, and all items included with your purchase will be listed on your invoice. There are no verbal promises of products associated with the sale. Check the invoice carefully at the time of delivery and account for all items marked as shipped. Any items reported missing at a later date will not be replaced. Back-ordered items will still be marked on the delivery slip. Check these carefully and contact the store while the delivery crew is still at your home if you have any questions.

Spas carry the manufacturer’s warranty, which does not include any mileage. Combined Pool and Spa charges $1.50 per mile one-way and a $50 trip charge for any warranty service calls. The $50 charge will be waived during the first year of ownership. The manufacturer’s warranty covers labor and parts only.

Any spa or accessory that is returned will be charged a 25% restocking fee. There are no refunds on mileage, extra delivery time charges, or chemical kits.

Prior to scheduling your delivery, the buyer agrees to send a video or several pictures of the delivery path, from the driveway to the final resting spot. This will help the delivery crew know the proper equipment and manpower needed for a successful delivery. These videos and pictures must be uploaded on this form later on.

I give Combined Pool And Spa permission to take pictures of my hot tub before, during, and after delivery. I also give Combined Pool and Spa permission to use any reviews that I submit online. I understand these pictures and reviews may be used on Combined Pool and Spa’s website and/or other social media platforms.

I understand that my brand new hot tub may have come off the showroom floor. Unless there are visible signs of damage, there are no floor model discounts. The spas are considered brand new, as if wrapped from the factory. The only way to ensure my spa comes right from the factory is if it has been a special order specifically for me.
